As an outgrowth of their commitment to eliminate the epidemic of youth violence in Philadelphia, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) is hosting Legs Against Arms IV, a 5K Run/Walk, to strengthen legs while opposing illegal handguns in our city.  Individuals, families, and teams are encouraged to participate as activists and advocates for a future filled with hope, not harm.
